- Title is assigned for minimum a month (1st to 1st) and keept until new candidate found.
- Whining during gameplay make top points
- Verbal whining counts higher than physical whining
- Physical whining which breaks hardware, will release the titel automatically
- Provoked whining does not count
- Awarding points to a player that was "provoked", will release points to the awarder himself
- WebMaster will judge in matter of dispute
- WebMaster can be subdued by great majority in *|DTF|*
